YOUNETPO Has been Selected as Official Partner to Open Dialogue on Climate Change (ODCC)
The aim of the Open Dialogues on Climate Change (ODCC) project is organizing a series of dialogues with relevant stakeholder groups concerning the climate crisis. The project is international in scale, its founders come from Poland. Currently, people from more than 30 countries on 5 continents are involved in the ODCC, with 14 already accepted national teams from Poland, Honduras, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Egypt, Italy, Rwanda, Liberia, the Republic of Guinea, Benin, Ivory Coast, Mexico, Nigeria, and the United Kingdom. It is an initiative one of its kind, which brings together the voices of different social groups, allowing them to meet, engage in a conversation, and create common proposals of specific solutions and system changes which we aim to implement on the national level, as well as include in an international declaration to be presented at the UN Climate Change Conference COP26 in Glasgow. Our idea is based on equality, its purpose is to allow a truly open discussion of all social groups without hierarchy or any other limitations. The project is led by the civil society, NGOs and social movements, especially the youth climate movement. We congratulate you on your outstanding work in the area of climate action, we support any partnership or sponsorship request you may deem necessary to make your Open Dialogues events successful, and we encourage all potential partners to support your team.
