TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
The Youth Network for Positive Change-YOUNETPO has received funds from Carter Center to implement the Inform Women Transform Lives Global Campaign & intends to use portion of it to procure the below listed items for project use.
In view of the above, you are invited to submit your price quotation in a proforma invoice format for the procuring of tricycle as mention in appendix 1 of this RFQ. A statement of compliance containing the technical specification for the requirement is attached as in the appendix 1 attached.

Deadline for Quotation
The deadline for receipt of quotation is of August 22, 2022 to August 24, 2022 at 12:00PM Liberia time. The quotation should be submitted by hand delivery or through email by the deadline stated above.
Things to Consider in the Quotation
Contractor shall quote for all the products. If a quotation shows contractors listed but not priced, their price shall be assumed to be included in the prices of other item charged or shall assumed to be not included or mentioned in the quotation.
Evaluation
The purchaser shall award the contract to the contractor whose offer has been determined to be favorable or to be lowest quote & is substantially responsive to the request for quotation, provided further that the contractor is determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily. Evaluation will also be done looking at the specification & qualification requirement.
Qualification Criteria
The contractor shall possess valid Business Registration Document.
Quality Good Delivery/Delivery schedule.
The supplies should be delivered within 3 working days after the award of contract.
Payment
The payment will be made in full within 15 to 20 days after the delivery of the aforementioned services in appendix 1 attached.
Validity
Your quotation should be valid for a period of 10 days from the date of your quotation.
