Team Profile
Youth Network for Positive Change has an active Board of Directors that have direct oversight responsibilities over the Secretariat headed by the Executive Director and Senior Management Team (SMT) of four persons who run the day-to-day activities of the organization. All staff and volunteers (Gender sensitive) are between the ages 18-35 making the organization a 100% youth led institution. The Board of YOUNETPO comprises of qualified and professional individuals who have experienced working and leading institutions in both the private and public sector. YOUNETPO senior management team including smart, qualified and passionate young people who have experience working with youth and youth organizations. YOUNETPO leadership work collectively to achieve the following strategic objectives:

To conduct advocacies on public policies, including monitoring their impact which promote issues on education, health, democracy, human rights and climate change;

Increased youth power and Influence by conducting activities that empower youth, women and girls;

To publish and disseminate information on research findings so as to enlighten public policy debates and strengthen advocacy for alternative development strategies;

Attain and maintain HIV epidemic control among at-risk youth and priority populations
